At Succulents And Cacti Canada, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure you receive high-quality products and excellent service. However, due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.
Return Policy for Dry Goods
- Eligibility:
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for dry goods.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable products.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items that show signs of use or are damaged during return shipping.
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete a return.
Refund Policy for Dry Goods
- Refund Approval:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account and credit card statements.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

- Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Live Plants
- Final Sale:
- All live plant sales are final and non-refundable, except under the Arrive Alive Guarantee.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
- For exchanges, email us at support@succulentsandcacti.ca with photos and your order number. Send your item to the address provided in our response.
- Live Plants:
- Live plants are not eligible for exchanges.
Gifts
- Gift Returns:
- If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return once it is approved.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
