Frequently asked Questions
Delivery times vary depending on your location in Canada:
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas (please check if your postal code qualifies during checkout).
- Carrier Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days across Canada.
We work hard to ensure your plants are packed and shipped quickly to reach you in perfect condition!
We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants and seeds due to their perishable nature. For dry stock items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us for assistance.
- Before Placing an Order:
- Log into your account and go to the “Account Settings” or “Addresses” section.
- Edit or add a new shipping address.
- The updated address will be saved for future orders.
- After Placing an Order:
- Contact us as soon as possible at support@succulentsandcacti.ca.
- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the shipping address for you.
- Please note that once the order is shipped, we can’t make any changes.
- After Placing Your Order:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If it’s a carrier delivery, you’ll also get a tracking link.
- Local Delivery:
- For same-day local deliveries, you’ll receive real-time updates via SMS to keep you informed about your order status.
- Logging Into Your Account:
- Log into your account on our website and go to the “Orders” section.
- Click on your order to view the latest status and tracking information.
- Carrier Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
- Use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
However, for wholesale requests, we may be able to arrange shipping to the U.S. Please contact us directly at contact@succulentsandcacti.ca to discuss your requirements and get more details.

We do our best to package your items together whenever possible. However, depending on the size and type of your order, some items may be shipped separately to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
