What is the Arrive Alive Guarantee?
We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and alive. If they do not, we’ll issue store credit equal to the plant’s value.
- Eligibility:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photo evidence of the damaged plant and its packaging.
How to Submit a Claim
- Email support@succulentsandcacti.ca with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged plant and packaging.
- We will respond within 2-3 business days.
Exclusions
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
